Governance and leadership

Trusteeship, governance and stewardship are the role of the College Council. Appointed by the Lutheran Church of Australia, Queensland District, the Council oversees the running of the College. Our Council members come from a variety of backgrounds including education, finance, theology, law and business, and some members are current or past parents. The Council meets monthly with the Head of College and other members of the Leadership Team to set strategic direction and policy.

The day-to-day running of the College is the responsibility of the College’s Leadership Team. The team is headed by the Head of College, with a sub-team for each campus. The Leadership Team works to ensure a seamless Prep to Year 12 school journey for our students and all members are passionate about doing their best for our students.
