Our staff

The day-to-day running of the College is the responsibility of the College’s Leadership Team. The team is headed by the Head of College, with a sub-team for each campus. The Leadership Team works to ensure a seamless Prep to Year 12 school journey for our students and all members are passionate about doing their best for our students.

Our staff members are committed to upholding the Lutheran Ethos and dedicated to the service of the students in our care, regardless of their role. Many staff have a long history with the College or with Lutheran Education.

We are a very open community and our staff members are keen to support and engage with parents, students and peers. Our highly qualified teachers undertake ongoing professional development and work collaboratively in teaching teams to ensure the spread of knowledge, mentoring and mutual support.

At Prince of Peace we believe positive relationships and powerful partnerships help to create a safe and supportive environment conducive to effective learning and meeting high expectations. Our students are nurtured, supported and inspired by the partnerships created between staff, students and parents. Our staff members are committed to developing these partnerships.

Our staff is enhanced by additional support services, including counselling, psychology, speech therapy and occupational therapy, provided on a fee-for-service basis (counselling services provided by the College’s in-house counsellors are offered to current students free of charge) and based at the Junior Campus, along with instrumental music and speech and drama tutors at both campuses.
