TASS Orbit & Toddle Learning Management System
Beginning this term, the Toddle Learning Management System (LMS) will become our primary learning app for students. Families will access Toddle through Parent Orbit, which will serve as the main hub for school-home communication.
Parent Orbit uses Parent ID Passport (PIPS) for secure single sign‑on, ensuring a seamless and straightforward user experience.
Together, Parent Orbit and Toddle provide a unified and efficient digital experience for all families.
Why we are making this change
By integrating Parent Orbit with Toddle and PIPS, the College will:
- Provide a single hub (Parent Orbit) for news, notices, calendars and updates, with quick access into the Toddle LMS (with more links and functions to come).
- Strengthen the student learning experience through Toddle.
- Ensure secure, consistent logins using PIPS
- Reduce the number of systems families need to manage
- Improve the reliability and speed of college communications
This will support students and teachers with:
- Assisted feedback and learning observations, giving students timely, meaningful guidance on their progress
- Streamlined assessment workflows, ensuring students’ work is captured, tracked, and reflected accurately
- Smart lesson planning and curriculum alignment, helping teachers design clearer, more engaging learning sequences for students
- Enhanced communication between home and school, helping students feel supported by both their teachers and families
Together, these features in Toddle create a more personalised and responsive learning environment, allowing teachers to focus more deeply on student needs and enabling parents to stay better informed about their child’s learning journey.
This unified digital experience makes it easier for families to stay connected, informed, and engaged in their child’s Toddle learning.
What you need to do next
1) Download Parent Orbit

2) Look for your login email
Over the next few days, you will receive an email with your login details.
If you don’t see this email, please check your junk/spam folder. For assistance, you may also contact ITSupport@princeofpeace.qld.edu.au.
3) Open Parent Orbit app and link to the College
When prompted in the Parent Orbit app, scan below College QR code to connect your account, then follow the on‑screen sign‑in instructions to log in using the details provided in the email.
4) Logging into Toddle
In the ParentOrbit app, tap the Toddle icon.
This should automatically direct you to install the Toddle app, and then prompt you to login to the Prince of Peace portal.
Login using PIPS the same way you did for ParentOrbit.
If the Prince of Peace portal doesn’t automatically get added, use the following steps (Please note, the layout may look a little different to the images below on various platforms).
