College Uniform

The Prince of Peace uniform must be worn to school every day, and for special occasions as specified by the College. Students are also required to conform with the College’s policy regarding jewellery, hair, make up, shoes and hats.

All students at Prince of Peace Lutheran College must comply with College uniform requirements from the time they leave home in the morning until they return home at the end of the day, including during travel to and from school and when out and about before, during or after school. All uniform items, except shoes and stockings, are to be purchased through the College uniform shop.

Parents should read the College’s Uniform Policy prior to purchasing uniform, clothing or shoes, to ensure they fully understand the uniform requirements and purchase the correct items.

College Campus Uniform Shop

Our Uniform Shop is managed by The School Locker and stocks all uniform items and accessories such as school bags and lunch boxes.

The shop is next door to the kitchen under the Year 1 building adjacent the basketball hard-courts. Parking is available opposite the administration building – please walk down to the shop following the signs. Alternatively use the Prep car park and walk up the ramp from the oval and proceed under the Year 1 building to your left.

Opening Hours, 2021 School Term

From January 2021, the Campus Uniform Shop will be open term time, twice a week at the following times:

  • Tuesday 7:30am – 9:30am
  • Thursday 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Prep–Year 12 Uniforms can be purchased from The School Locker (North Lakes) 7 days a week in January, and 6 days a week during the year. Special orders can be placed for students needing smaller or larger sizes. These orders are charged at the same price.

2021 January Back-To-School Hours

The Junior Campus Uniform Shop will be open on two dates prior to Term 1 2021 starting:

  • Tuesday 19 January 2021 from 1:30pm – 5:30pm
  • Thursday 21 January 2021 from 8am – 12pm noon

Uniforms can also be purchased from The School Locker in North Lakes 7 days a week.

Please be aware that due to COVID social distancing practices, service may be slower than usual. Chairs will be available outside of the Uniform Shop for those waiting to go inside.

Special Order Uniform Requirements

The School Locker encourage families of students who may not fit our current stock range to visit their North Lakes superstore on any weekday to be measured for any special order size uniform that may be required by students of all year levels.  A Saturday measuring appointment can also be arranged by calling ahead to ensure a qualified fitter is available to do the measuring required for special orders.  Special orders for sizes can also be done at the school campus store.  This service is free of charge and uniforms remain at the same price as the general uniform range.  Special orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive from date of order.

Online Purchases and In Store at The School Locker North Lakes

For parents’ convenience, uniforms are also available for purchase in store at The School Locker North Lakes store, 4 – 6 Burke Crescent, North Lakes, 4503 QLD, trading hours are listed on their website. Online ordering is available through The School Locker website www.theschoollocker.com.au.

The School Locker also operates the school’s annual book lists. In addition, they offer the extra services of School and Sport Footwear, School Laptops at competitive prices and Musical Instrument Hire. This opportunity makes the back-to-school rush become a more streamlined process for our parents. All services are available online and at the North Lakes store.

Uniform Delivery to Your Child’s Class

Place your online order at www.theschoollocker.com.au, add your child’s name and class to the second address line, and choose the PICKUP option at Prince of Peace.  For Junior Campus students we will organise delivery via your child’s teacher; for Senior Campus students, orders will be left at Reception and students will be notified to pick them up.

The School Locker Student Advantage Card

Each student enrolled at Prince of Peace Lutheran College is eligible to receive a Student Advantage Card. This provides access to educational pricing and specials at The School Locker stores and when using The School Locker online services. In addition, all purchases made at The School Locker stores, online or at our Campus Uniform Shop generate rebates for the College.

When you make your first purchase at our Campus Uniform Shop or at the North Lakes store, be sure to mention that you are from Prince of Peace Lutheran College to ensure you receive your Student Advantage Card.

Size Guarantee Exchange

Should you need to exchange an item for a different size, items can be dropped off at either campus reception or at our Campus Uniform Shop. Exchange items must be returned in shop condition, bagged with proof of purchase and with a note detailing the student’s name, class (for return) and the required new size.

Second Hand Uniforms
