Welcome to Prince of Peace Lutheran College. We are delighted to have your family joining our community and look forward to partnering with you as your child begins their journey with us.

To help you prepare for a smooth start, the next steps are outlined below:

1. Complete Permission Forms

Please review and submit the required permission forms using the links below. These include important consents relating to student wellbeing, technology use and media permissions.

2. Purchase Uniforms

Uniforms can be purchased through our Uniform Shop. We recommend organising this early to ensure your child is ready for their first day.

3. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

Information about our BYOD program, including device specifications and purchasing options, is outlined below. Please ensure your child’s device meets these requirements prior to commencement.

4. Stationery Requirements

  • From Prep – Year 6, all stationery is provided in the classroom. From Year 4, students are required to bring their own pencil case.
  • Year 7-9 students will receive a Stationery Box upon before commencement. Stationery Boxes can be collected from Senior Campus Reception.
  • Year 10-12 student purchase their own stationery.
  • Years 10-12 Book Lists

5. Fee Payments

Prince of Peace Lutheran College has partnered with Edstart to offer families greater flexibility and choice in managing their school fee payments. Edstart Plus platform provides families with the option to pay their fees weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or termly. There is no fee for this service.

Please note:

  • If you wish to pay your school fees annually and receive the 5% discount, you DO NOT need to set up an Edstart Account. Annual Fee payments must be received by Week 4 of Term 1 to qualify for the discount. Families arriving during the year are unable to take advantage of the 5% discount, however, they can still pay the fees in full.
  • Edstart is only required for those families paying their fees on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or termly basis.

Once your child has commenced at the College, our Business Office will contact you about how to set up your Edstart Account.
